We are committed to cultivating an inclusive culture that embraces the diversity of people and ways of thinking, where each individual feels cherished and valued as an integral part of our team. Our commitment to inclusiveness and diversity is reflected in our corporate values: Lead, Deliver and Care.
One of our key initiatives is our Global Inclusive Leadership programme, which has been completed by 77% of our Executive and Senior Leadership. This programme equips our leaders with the tools they need to embed inclusion, diversity and belonging (ID&B) in their areas of responsibility.
We are also expanding our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) globally, safe places where employees can come together to share experiences and be heard. These groups include Women in Tech, JET & Proud, JET in Colour, Neurodiversity, Parents & Carers, and JETsetters and Able at JET. These ERGs provide a solid foundation for inclusivity within our company. Our commitment to inclusiveness goes beyond internal initiatives. We actively use our brand as an advocate for an inclusive and diverse society. This is reflected in our global Pride campaign, where we have sponsored eight Pride parades already to show our support for the LGBTQIA+ community during Pride, and support several charities working for inclusivity.
Another important aspect is the JET and Proud employee network, which organises numerous internal initiatives and knowledge sessions to engage the LGBTQIA+ community. This network is constantly expanding into new markets.
JET and Proud employees play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community. They support colleagues to promote inclusive language in all Just Eat Takeaway.com products and organise educational events.
