13. Rabobank invites Trans Pride

Description

WorldPride stands for visibility. But real change requires commitment, attention and support all year round. Especially now, when the rights and position of trans people are under pressure in many places, allyship is more important than ever.

That’s why Rainbow, Rabobank’s LHBTIQ+ employee network for 20 years, and Trans Pride will sail together in the boat parade during WorldPride 2026.

This collaboration doesn’t come out of nowhere. Rabobank has worked with Trans Pride for years. This year they will again be visibly present in the WorldPride boat parade, with Rainbow and Trans Pride sharing a boat. Together we show that inclusion requires more than a single visible moment. It calls for sustained attention, connection and the willingness to stand side by side.

That message reaches beyond Amsterdam’s canals. At the WorldPride Village we also bring people together and connect the LHBTIQ+ community with grassroots and elite sport. When people meet, share stories and learn from each other, understanding grows and space for connection opens up. As a cooperative bank we believe you achieve more together than alone. That is why we — together with colleagues, customers, members and social partners — work on an environment where people can be themselves and feel seen and valued. We see Pride not as an endpoint but as a moment to highlight what we work for every day: an inclusive workplace and society where every voice matters.

Side by side, Rabobank and Trans Pride will sail during WorldPride 2026. With the slogan Invest in Trans Futures we call for real, lasting commitment: investing in the future of trans people through visibility, solidarity, support and resources. Because everyone deserves the freedom to be themselves — not just during Pride, but every day. Pride is not a moment, it is a movement.
