1. First gather all information about your event
Gather this information before you start registering your event:
- Event name in Dutch
- Name and address of the location
- Event category (see selection options in the agenda)
- Target groups (see selection options in the agenda)
- Accessibility: wheelchair accessible including toilet, sign language interpreter, loud sound effects, bright and flashy light effects
- Start date, start and end time
Please note that only events between 8 July and 8 August 2026 may be submitted. - One link (URL), use it for tickets, your own website or a social media link
- A long (800 characters) and short (300 characters) description in Dutch - this is translated with AI into the other languages on the site
- Applicant details: we do not publish these but use them for possible contact.
- Upload media:
- Image for your event (mandatory!). It is best to supply a HORIZONTAL image of 1920×1080 (16:9 format). Deliver in jpg or png, maximum 5 MB.
Please note: this will appear in various places. Sometimes it will be cropped (to a maximum 1:1 format). So put your most important information in the middle of the image. - Flyer (optional). In jpg, png or pdf, maximum 5 MB.
- Image for your event (mandatory!). It is best to supply a HORIZONTAL image of 1920×1080 (16:9 format). Deliver in jpg or png, maximum 5 MB.
