1. First gather all information about your event
Collect the following details before you start registering your event:
- Event name in Dutch
- Venue name and venue address
- Event category (see selection options in the programme)
- Target audiences (see selection options in the programme)
- Accessibility: wheelchair accessible including toilet, sign language interpreter, loud sound effects, bright and flashing light effects
- Start and end date, start and end time
Please note: only events between 8 July and 8 August 2026 may be submitted. - One link (URL) — use this for tickets, your website, or a social media page
- A long (800 characters) and a short (200 characters) description in Dutch – these will be translated with AI into the other languages on the site
- Applicant details: we will not publish these but will use them to contact you if needed.
- Upload media:
- Image for your event (required!). For best results provide a SQUARE image of 1080×1080 (1:1). Submit as jpg or png, maximum 5 MB.
Please note: This image is used in several places and will sometimes be cropped (up to a 16:9 format). Please place your most important content in the centre of the image. - Flyer (optional). jpg, png or pdf, maximum 5 MB.
