Description
Three new films celebrate World Pride and the 80th anniversary of COC Nederland. BOB: MAN VAN DE ENGELEN is not a conventional historical documentary. Emotionally driven and visually rich, the film explores Dutch LGBTQ+ pioneers such as COC founder BOB ANGELO and BET VAN BEEREN, as well as contemporary activists like ERWIN OLAF and JENNIFER HOPELEZZ. Music by TALL HOUSES (Gay Man’s Guide To Safer Sex). Supported by COC and the Bob Angelo Fund.
YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE meets Dutch photographer and filmmaker PRINS DE VOS. Candid, beautiful, humane and explicit: Prins creates striking art with a powerful voice and insight into the lives of trans people in the Netherlands and into queer sexualities. Trans issues in the Netherlands are not yet resolved.
