On this evening we explore, using the film Glad to be gay, right?, the current state of LGBTI acceptance within Surinamese, Antillean and Dutch society. In 1992 Andre Reeder made the important documentary Glad to be gay, right? in collaboration with COC and with thanks to Strange Fruit.
