Description
Artist Szymon Adamczak (35) studied at the Amsterdam Academy of Theatre and Dance and volunteered for the Hiv Vereniging. He now lives and works in Warsaw, where he is one of the founders of Queer Museum Warsawa. Since learning he is living with HIV, HIV and AIDS have become important themes in his work.
Specially for WorldPride he will fly in from Warsaw to present the art project ‘Infect me with something else’, which he and several fellow artists staged last year in Warsaw. His contribution to the project was a performance. Jesse van Amelsvoort will interview him about it in the HivHub Kantine on Monday 27 July at 4 p.m. A must-see!
