“Solidarity in Motion: Pocket Cinema Workshop” is a participatory filmmaking workshop created with and for primarily queer refugees and diaspora communities living in Amsterdam. The event centres on the idea that storytelling is more than creativity; it’s a way for people to reclaim their voice, share lived experiences, and build solidarity across cultures and borders. The workshop provides a warm, open space where participants can explore filmmaking as a form of self-expression, healing, and collective expression.
