In recent years, the rainbow community has undergone significant changes, leading to greater diversity but also increased division between various subgroups. At the same time, reports of anti-LGBT+ violence have risen, and anti-LGBT+ sentiments are gaining more visibility in public discourse.

The goal of this workshop is to break down the compartmentalized thinking within the rainbow community and promote mutual understanding. By focusing on similarities rather than differences in our discussions, we aim to bring the diverse subgroups closer together. In the workshop, you will experience the power of overcoming unconscious biases and contribute to the strength of the community.

Online Stream: In 2009, there was a women's program for the first time during Pride in Amsterdam. Some women were fed up with the fact that Pride seemed to only be about men. LesBian Pride, now Women & Pride, was a groundbreaking initiative that is still needed. With an activist, cheerful, sporty, cultural and festive program, lesbian, bisexual and transgender women made and continue to make themselves visible. This evening, Mireille de Ridder will therefore look back and forward with various key figures from these 15 years. What are highlights of the movement and what challenges were there? What has been the impact on the LGBTIQ+ community and the women's movement? And what is needed for the future?
