For WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 the theme is UNITY. With this in mind, we believe it’s important to work with a wide range of groups and organisations to increase visibility, emancipation, and inclusivity of the LHB TQIA+ community, especially those who are often less visible in society and within the Pride movement itself. The specific conditions and application forms can be found below.
Empowerment Fund
APPLICATION PERIOD: 5 JANUARY – 1 MARCH 2026
WorldPride takes place from 25 July to 8 August 2026. We welcome collaborations with other organisations that contribute to our emancipation and/or empowerment. We have financial resources available and spaces in one of our Pride Hubs. Spaces include lighting, sound and audiovisual equipment and have capacities of 20–200 people. Organisations wishing to collaborate are invited to submit an application by 1 March. Please note that Stichting Pride Amsterdam will cover no more than 50% of the total budget, up to a maximum of €5,000.
Our Pride Hubs are ADAM Toren, Boom Chicago, Fosbury & Sons, Hotel Arena, Space for Dance Art, OBA Next Lab, Q-Factory, The Social Hub City & West, and Tolhuistuin. In some cases it may be possible to organise an event at your own location.

Visibility Fund
APPLICATION PERIOD: 14 FEBRUARY – 1 MARCH 2026
On Saturday 1 August the 29th edition of the Canal Parade will take place. Although non-profit LHB TQIA+ organisations and private initiatives always pay only a fraction of the participation cost, the total expenses can still add up. This can leave little budget to decorate the boat. To ensure the message can still be communicated effectively, extra funding is available from participating companies and participants in categories 3 and 4 (Rainbow Friends S and L) and 10 and 11 (Pride Rainbow Partner L and XL) may apply for financial support of up to €5,000. Applications must be submitted by 1 March and may cover no more than 50% of the decoration costs.
