Pride Amsterdam schedule open for event submissions
The programme for WorldPride Amsterdam is now open. Organisers can submit their events free of charge if they take place between 8 July and 8 August 2026.

Arts & Culture Pride, Pride Amsterdam’s cultural programme, returns this year with a surprising and diverse line-up! Between 3 July and 8 August you can enjoy exhibitions, performances, live shows and films all celebrating Pride. Hundreds of events are expected across Amsterdam and beyond, including many arts and culture activities.
The Arts & Culture Pride is curated by Marley Braaf, Siep de Haan and Ilias Zian. Chair Ilias Zian is enthusiastic: “During WorldPride the whole world comes to Amsterdam to celebrate being yourself. We also mark 25 years of marriage equality. The Netherlands was the first country to legalise civil marriage for same-sex couples.”
Exhibition: Queer Amsterdam, the Pink City
Queer Amsterdam, the Pink City reads like a biography of the rich cultural, social and artistic history of the LGBTIQA+ community in the capital.
The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through time: from early clandestine communities of the late Middle Ages, through persecution, secret forms of community and all the ridicule, marginalisation and discrimination, to post-war emancipation with the removal of criminalisation from the Penal Code (1971), the AIDS crisis, marriage equality and flourishing subcultures.

Ready for an evening of humour, surprises and a healthy dose of inclusivity? Come to our Pride Comedy Show! Comedians from the LGBTQ+ community take the stage — from seasoned pros to newcomers trying out their first jokes. What they have in common? They’re authentic, original and above all hilarious!

Concert: Durand Bernarr
Erykah Badu. Kaytranada. Anderson .Paak. The Internet. Teedra Moses. They all have one thing in common: collaborations with the vocally exceptional Durand Bernarr.
He broke through in 2016 with the release of “Sound Check”, a project that showcased his distinctive style. That was followed by ‘DUR’ and “BLOOM”, cementing his status as an innovative force in the independent R&B scene.

Transpodium
This summer returns Trans Podium back to Paradiso. On this evening transgender people get the chance to make their voices heard literally and figuratively on stage. As previous editions have shown, expect a varied night with performances from participants sharing their talents: from singing and spoken word to instrumental music and other forms of performance. There is room for expression, visibility and celebrating vocal expression in all its forms.

Exhibition: Wunderkind
On 27 June Huis Marseille opens Wunderkind, a solo exhibition by American artist Martine Gutierrez
The exhibition presents a sizzling collection of new photographs celebrating the beauty of play. Toys, sometimes preserved from Martine’s childhood, sometimes handmade by her, form the anchor of the artist’s relentless exploration of how identity is imagined and expressed from the earliest years.
