8. Cancellation

If an event organised by Stichting Pride Amsterdam cannot proceed due to government measures or other circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, national mourning or a security threat—the event may not be rescheduled. In that case, ticket amounts will be refunded, minus any already incurred and non-refundable costs. Because our events are organised on a cost-recovery basis, these costs are expected to be approximately 50% to 75% of the ticket price.

Stichting Pride Amsterdam respects your privacy and processes personal data only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us (for example via a form or download) and use it solely for the purpose for which you provided it. We do not collect personal data for commercial purposes.

Our Pride year runs from 1 October to the end of September. Every 1 October we start with a clean database for data such as event and boat registrations.

Our website uses functional and analytical cookies to improve performance and collect statistics. These cookies do not collect personal data and are not used for commercial tracking.
