Originally from California, Henry became Dutch just a couple of years ago and has been a fixture in the Amsterdam yoga scene for nearly 10 years. Henry has always said that yoga doesn’t have to be so serious. In his class, expect to be challenged by his playful sequences and entertained by his ridiculousness.
